Eisenhower Dollar Guide was created to help you learn about the Eisenhower Dollar coin series.

The large size dollar coins featuring the 34th President of the United States were first issued in 1971. The series ultimately lasted until only 1978, but included a large number of coins due to different compositions and varieties available. Collectors can take interest in some of the scarcer varieties such as the 1972 Type 2 coin, or conditional rarities amongst the clad issues.
